Make a paste of ginger-garlic paste, salt, chili powder, oil and lime juice with little water. Rub this paste on the fish steaks and marinate for an hour.
Heat 1 tsp. oil on a tawa / pan and shallow fry the steak. When done on one side, flip it over to the other side and apply little more oil if required.
Fry the fish to a golden colour on both sides. Serve, garnished with onion, lemon & green chilies.
